Yes, any nfc tag will work for you as long as you can write a url in it, the instructions video explains how to do it.

IS PULSE MULTILANGUAGE?
Yes, you will be able to perform pulse in any language since you can configure the decimal format CHANGING THE DOTS OR COMMAS according to how you use it,
